For anyone having a problem with this please see below:
 
Please see the attached screenshots. 

In #1 you will see the landing page for beginning to edit the videos.  I have put a red circle around the "Upload" button (which appears on EVERY page in the site). 

Screenshot #2 is the page they reach by hitting that button which gives them a very easy to use uploader.  The user can create whatever they would like on their own equipment and upload it in it's entirety if they would like.
