Had the tuner out. A beginner guide in front of me. I plugged the amp in. I couldn't wait to

I'm not surprised though. They've been taking studed wristbands, belts, (especially the cone shaped sharp ones) etc... away from people since the 80's. I was once asked to remove my bands and my friend and I walked down the side walk and he shoved them down his pants. They did not do full body pat downs back then.
I'm glad they saw the value of them and kept them in a safe place for you. I seriously doubt many people get their stuff back once security conficates it.

Sorry to hear J.D. Don't know what would be worse, the fact they took things or the fact they were in your home, probably both. I suppose the thugs are getting ready for Christmas. Report what was lost to the cops and all the local pawn shops. I've had a few cars broken in to and I thought that was bad, but never my home. I think that would be much worse. Do you have insurance? They can help you with replacement of many things, only they can't replace personal things, the ones that don't have much value but mean the most to you. Very sorry for your loss.

Can only be recharged so many times. iPods were (are) often criticized because they don't have a battery compartment like a telephone where you can just pop it out and swap in a new one when the old one no longer holds a charge. Not naming names, computer geeks just buy a new battery and perform surgery taking the whole damn thing apart to get at the battery. An hour, $15 and small fingers is all it usually takes. ;)

or talk about the Music Hall of Fame, formally known as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I'm not bashing Rap.
I could care less if anyone likes it or not. I hate thinking that a (Rap) Artist Made it to the (Rock and Roll) Hall
of Fame. So that means you can add Jazz, Blues, Swing, or any other (form) of music so why not just call it the
Music Hall of Fame. It's a joke. I say, get the place out of your heads and forget about it. No support and it fails.

Just looked up the new laws in B.C. as well. Of course, we don't hear a thing about such things here. Harsh law, indeed, for impared driving. Still, I only think it is more of a financial pain than anything else. In Kentucky, a .08 is automatic jail time from 4-30 days + fines and fees. This goes even higher in certain areas. That is in addition to impound and loss of license for a min of 30 days.
I really think that a lot of this $ would be better spent on a taxi system here in rural America. There is no such thing as public transportation of any kind. No busses. Not even sidewalks. Houses are too far apart to walk / ride a bike anyway. Probably explains why there is absolutely nothing (except Walmart) open past 8pm most nights. My husband's best friend and his 14 year old daughter have just been killed by a fucking drunk pig. His wife and their 3 year old daugther are still unresponsive. All I know is that they have been removed fromt he vehicle and are in hospital being treated. I have no idea if they will survive or not. If she does survive, please God do not take her daughter because to lose them both will kill her surely. I have no idea how severe their injuries are but fuck fuck fuck all drunk drivers. When you choose to get into a car and you are loaded up on alcohol you are a fully pre meditated murderer. Nothing more, nothing less. I fucking hate this!

Wish it were so simple, amigo. When they recently went "smart," they put in some scripting that was your undoing.
I "fixed" it by just hitting the link and changing my home location to Toronto on the widget page. Took all but a second and put in another vote. I think the system is flawed, though. That count isn't budging and I have used different computers pulling different #s. No matter as I think the turnout at the last Toronto show would be a more forceful reason for Priest to return....better than any "Demand it" anyway.
