It's like the "Wet paint sign." If you post a wet paint sign, people have to keep comming by and touching the surface to see it in fact it is still wet!
If you were to post a sign that said, "WET PAINT, please touch" not a soul would touch it! My art teacher in highschool did that each year she painted a new design on the door to the class, and It worked. LOL
One other thing about my beloved art teacher since I'm just rambling on. She had Personalized license plates that read "DAF-ART" Her Initials and her profession, but take the - out and read it, and you'll know why when those plates came up to expire she tossed them!
