Can you use dark rum?... *licks lips*... damn that drink sounds tasty. I had Southern comfort last night as well... Didn't buy any limes though.

I mix it with coke, I have tried it with ginger beer as well. I'm not sure i like the idea of mixing rum with pineapple juice. Although this red stuff is lighter in taste. It's a little more sweeter than the regular stuff. 
 

I suppose they don't sell Bundaberg Rum overseas?. It's my favourite....
