LOL! We may have a bigger land mass than Greece, but we have a much smaller population. Not sure what Greeces population is but ours is about 4 million. Sparse really. News really sucks. While I can hear all about Paris Hilton's latest drug arrest 24/7, one has to search for actual news. Just reading up on the mining disaster in Chile, for example. Not a WORD of it on the 100+ channels of crap I have on TV. Imagine being trapped in a hole for 4+ months. Sure makes Paris seem petty.

Far out today should just be declared over for NZ, there's been a plane crash at a place called Fox Glacier (on the south island also) with reports of 9 being killed. Holy hell.... | | guidogodoy wrote: | | Wow. That didn't hit any of our news here in Nowhere, USA. I just had to look it up online.
Glad to hear you and yours are alright, Becks.

Wow, Vail! How time flies eh! I'm so glad you've had a fantastic time [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Vaillant 3.0 from Friday, August 27, 2010 3:18:03 AM) | | Vaillant 3.0 wrote: | | Good morning, afternoon, and evening, ladies and gents of the Noticeboard.
First of all, lemme say a late Happy Birthday to the almighty Metal God Rob Halford.
Second of all, it's almost time for me to begin my journey back to the United States. Darn it. I'm gonna miss Berlin alot. *sniff sniff* Oh, well...I shall return...someday. |

Vail! The time seems to have flown by! Seems like just the other day you were on your way there and now you're almost on your way home already. Safe travels and thank you for all of your beautiful photos. I have enjoyed following your journey through photography (ok, I know that sounds very stalker-like but considering it's lil' old me you're safe lol.) Good day fellow Metalheads
First and foremost, I'd like to wish the Metal God a very Happy Birthday!!
All I really have to say today is a big fat THANK YOU Rob for touring this year. It had been a very long time since I'd seen / heard him sing last and here it is a full week later and I'm still riding high!! Of ALL the Metal bands I've ever listened to throughout my entire life, NOT ONE of them does for me what Priest and Halford do!! NO ONE else can scream like him AS WELL AS bring out the emotion in a beautiful ballad...NOT ONE!! I still have goosebumps!!
Once again Rob, Happy Birthday and a warm heartfelt THANK YOU!!!!

I'll mail it to you when I come back to the States.
Yup, it's looking clogged up, alright. Sucks. At least the hive isn't getting bigger. It can't expand if the bees can't get through the funnel from outside to bring in the nectar, right? Here is the current status as of 3pm here today. Notice the bunch of bees trying to still get in the original opening while a ton are still around the end of the funnel. Dead bees clogging both ends.

Here's an idea: blast the entire Final Frontier album right next to the wall. The crappiness of it all will drive the bees completely mad. (Quoting Message by guidogodoy from Friday, August 20, 2010 7:04:45 PM)

Sorry, been away for a bit and they just let me out of the straightjacket.
Bees? They are still there. Guy came by and said that they SEEM to be moving to the bee-box but I really have no direct proof of that affirmation. All I see are a bunch of dead bees in that wire mesh and more coming out every day. I'll have to take a look in the hot sun tomorrow and take a closer look. I'll snap a pic if I am able.

Give an update regarding the bees in your wall. How's that going? Do they like the new nest yet? Do they refuse to budge? Do tell! |

Maybe it will be better when cooler weather sets in Guid. Of course the way the weather has been this year, I almost expect it to go from Damn Hot to Snow. Why not just skip fall as the weather skiped an actual Spring.
If your bee trap does not work, I think I would turn that funnel into a great 25 foot bee spray destroyer. Just a thought.
Hope you get things better soon my friend. [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by guidogodoy from Friday, August 20, 2010 7:04:45 PM) | | guidogodoy wrote: | | Sorry, been away for a bit and they just let me out of the straightjacket.
