Government (and us) have to pay for stupidity and selfishness like this. Personally, I think it is cruel to have a litter of children that you cannnot give time to. Yeah, thanks to government grants they have clothes, gifts, food etc. But what about time and love?

Worst part about it is that you'd be more likely to get eyelash hair in your eye. The result: a very red eye at the end of the day. Not a very pleasant thought, IMO. Only the truly desperate would get such a "prescription".
