mmmm steak. thats what I realy wanted to take out, but, I had no steak in the freezer, so took out chicken breasts.
we should get to high 30's today. sunny, but the deck is north side of house, so no shovel, no clearing till summer.

I'm so lazy today pfffff , it's now 10.49 am and I'm still not dressed.
Just drinking my coffee and reading postings is at the moment the most active part I'm doing , shame on me I know but what the heck it's weekend!
Later today we are having a BBQ if the weather stays nice and that's about it for today !

If you have a spare Ipod, throw it in my direction, will you? In those few occasions when I hit the Uni's gym, I have to deal with the songs playing from the speakers around the indoor track. If I had such a device, I can easily imagine myself singing to metal and running at the same time.

Oh, there is pain, believe me. Hit a treadmill for 1.5 hours and it is unavoidable! LOL! Icing down as I type. Ibuprofen just helps with the inevitable inflamation.
The key is the music, I say! People must think I go through spasms as I run throwing air guitar shadows!

Hmmm...very interesting. Sounds like a training regimen that might actually produce results. I prefer to be ibuprofen and beer-free, though. You know what they say...no pain, no gain.

Long day at work, come home, drink a bunch of beers and eat a mountain of angel hair pasta. No sauce, just parmesian. Take two ibuprofen and head for the gym. Little over an 8 mile run at a 5.8 mile clip with the last mile at a 1.0 incline. Walk half a mile before and after the run. MUST be with iPod jamming metal the entire way or it doesn't work.
