Me too. He kicked JP in the ASS! Released the best album in years thanks, in part, to him. No Maiden, three guitar nonsense, but a KK show? I am there. From interviews and even moments speaking with him I know he is quick-witted and wouldn't mind stepping down for a show or two should KK return. Yes, PLAY Nostra! I have always been a champion of the album. Granted, not ALL songs (not a blind fanboy) but still in my "long run" list when I do distance.
That said, Richie kicks friggin' ass and takes no names! What an ideal fit to the greatest band of all time.

The first and last time I went ice skating was in 1984. I went with my cousins and it was after Torvill and Dean won their medal for their routine with Ravel's Bolero (one of my favourite pieces of music, by the way). I was terrible. Couldn't hardly stand without falling over. My cousin had to hold my hand. Bolero was playing loudly over the speakers and I wobbled my way around the rink like Bambi. After about 20 minutes a teenage boy, showing off to his friends, skated backwards super-fast and we collided. I ended up on my back. Ached for a week. It was agony! I vowed to never go skating again! You are far braver than I!
