Hey Jimmy I'm not sure if you'll be into the new Saxon, they really have never been your thing and they have never been as "heavy" as Priest or "old" Iron Maiden,so its difficult to expect you to get into it,but as I said for the fans of the band and on thier forum the fans are going nuts,10 songs and everybody has different favorites but nobody has mentioned a track they don't like and usually they do with every album so yeah everybody is rating it within the band's top 3 best of all time ect....
I think the 14th is when it comes out officially. I'm actually looking forward to it too after the rave reviews it's been getting around here.

This album is absolutely excellent in the world of Saxon fans, its like to Priest fans if Priest were releasing Painkiller,Screaming For Vengeance or British Steel for the first time ect......this Saxon LKP every track is a classic and a total cellebration of true traditional british heavy metal with no experimental elements.
