Well, I got my copy a day or so ago and finally got around to putting in the live CD while enroute to the bike shop for some new goodies and DAMN!!! I was getting goosebumps on my arms the whole while this thing was playing, it`s a fucking masterpiece! Even my oldest boy was banging in the backseat and told me to turn it up more! |

Nah, you will never conform. Your an Old cogder set in your ways. Better to change the course of a river than your view of Detroit. All roads out of Detroit have mile names. I live at 3 mile. All my life, we have known "3 Mile Park" as a local. They choose to name it "Patterson Park" a number of years ago. Screw that!!!! Rename the street as well if you want me to go on-board! Three Mile Street leads to Three Mile Park!!!
DTE was named late after (Detroit) Thomas Edison - local power company. Screw that as well! It is a ski-hill / city! Rename them all and I might conform! (Quoting Message by spapad from Thursday, May 13, 2010 7:01:07 PM)

Between the footage of "Rapid Fire" on youtube, along with the "Living After Midnight" premiere clip on this very site, I can honestly say I'm stoked to owning this DVD and all else it contains! It'll serve as yet another wonderful souvenir to the show I caught last July in NJ, as well as another worthy Priest item to my catalog!
I don't care what anyone says....this band STILL has the goods to keep going, and the industry itself NEEDS Judas Priest STILL; showing everyone how honest-to-God, british-style heavy metal is meant to be delivered.
There....my two cents....don't spend it all in one place, eh? |

I understand what you were saying and totally agree. I'm concerned about their ages also
and was merely stating (if) no album I'd be happy with a tour. The last 3 or 4 times that I've
seen Priest I've had apprehensions about going thinking they probably won't sound very good.
The Metal Masters Tour I didn't decide to go until the day of the show. I didn't hesitate for the
British Steel Tour Because that's the album that started it for me. I thought they sounded great
both times but I understand age conquers all eventually. I'm glad for the ride thus far. 31 years
and 16 shows. It's been fun! I would like to sqeeze a little more out of them though. Peace!

This is why we have to wait 3 to 4 years inbetween albums and it sucks!! How much longer will they milk this British Steel tour anyways? I mean it was cool for a while but as I said they announced they would be touring British Steel March 17th of 2009 and they are still rolling with it,and probably will the rest of this year.
With all of this said now I really am changing my thoughts about how many studio albums they have left in them to record,I said they have 2 albums left in them but now I'm facing reality and I think that the band only has 1 more studio album left in them. This next studio album will be the last of the band's career so lets hope it is a very quality heavy British metal album.
I just can't see them doing 2 more albums,if they did each member except for Scott would be in thier early 70's for christ's sake ya know? Glenn is 62 right now and by the time the next album is released and then a 6 year tour after that Glenn will be 70 and he will be fishing, not preparing another studio album ect..... | | Budred wrote: | | Man, I must be getting old. The first time Priest took two years I was like WTF, why so long. Now I agree with J.D..
Every two years would be cool. If not a new album this year I hope they at least tour.
Peace!
