If anyone's ever been into Exodus at any point in their 30 year history I would highly recommend checking out their most recent album Exhibit B - The Human Condition (2010). Their best album in my opinion. Some of these old school thrash bands are really coming up with some great stuff.

Nah, that'll just drive Bud into the same problem he is having: downloading the file and THEN playing it.
The answer lies more to what you already have stated on the page. He needs to be able to stream the audio. Quicktime would do it, iTunes, VLC even (ugh) Microsoft Media Player. It is a computer configuration problem where he said to "save" instead of "play using..."
RIGHT click on the *.mp3 file, Bud. On a PC it'll open with a dialog letting you choose "play using.." [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by jimmyjames from Saturday, July 02, 2011 6:50:35 PM)

I'll video a song from Machine Head. I have pit passes so the footage should be awesome

That new song is pretty good. At first I thought it was a little long but it freakin' jams. Keep

Here's an advance track from the new Machinehead album due out in September. If the whole album is like this it could well be album of the year. Machineheads last two albums have both been awesome and judging by this song this new album is going to be great as well.

That sucks man, still though, amazing he was able to get it together enough to even put out an album the state he's in. A 33% strike rate whacked out of your mind on drugs is a pretty solid effort in my book. Doesn't explain Ozzy Osbourne though. When he was wasted all the time he released great albums, since he sobered up in the early 90s he's released nothing but shit. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by J.D. Hell Yeah! I am loving this new album by Amon Amarth! "After Twilight of the Thunder God" was kind of a average album overall this brings some awesome and memorable melodies and riffs which to me sounds like a direct sequel to "With Oden on Our Side". I have been listening to this album at least once a day for the past week and I love it! I give it a 9.5/10, the only 10/10 album is still "Once Sent From the Golden Hall" which is just a masterpiece. Here is War of the Gods off their latest effort "Surtur Rising"! Enjoy!

Not bad jimmy, sounds old school to me. Kinda Sabbath/Pentagramish kinda style. Guido & Jimmy, yeah I'd lay my money on he lost the albums haha! Yeah, the dude has done TONS of other drugs throughout the years as you can obviously tell.
There is something about Bobby Leibling I like, his image..."I know he looks terrible" but his image and his history dating back to the early early 70's and Pentagram's songs theres something that is special about them to me. I can't wait for the new album...yeah it may be thier last if he doesn't get a grip. That vid was from 2007 so it makes us wonder.
Check out these guys, Hour Of 13, they are from the U.S. I think.
[guidogodoy] Friday, April 08, 2011 6:42:34 PM
Hour of 13 is close to me. Originally from the Carolinas if I recall. Sort of an Ozzy-esque sound were they to go into the higher register.
PENTAGRAM, though. Man. I just watched that vid of Leibling + a bunch of others that were linked to it. Can't say that I was ever a fan but I have certainly never been a detractor either. Poor guy.
Like the show "Intervention," I don't like it but cant seem to look away. My bet is that he lost his albums.

Theres not very many bands in 'doom metal/rock that I like Painkiller, only "Pentagram" and a couple of tracks from St.Vitus, and a couple tracks from Place Of Skulls but Pentagram to me are worthy, throw in old Black Sabbath (the originators) and yeah its not my genre of music to get into several bands. I
like Pentagram because they reek of old Black Sabbath to me although they do have thier own style too,but very Sabbath orienated and I like Bobby Leibling's voice, image and attitude when it comes to music.
Wow that is some cool stuff. Always wanted to get into doom metal but don't know where to start though.
