HRMG, He's actually sleeping pretty well, he's only woken up once in each of the past two nights. Not bad for someone whose only six days old. His first heavy metal experience was me playing him Killers by Iron Maiden, I know, I should have played him Priest for his first album but I had Killers in the car when we took him home from the hospital. It's still a good first album for a young person to hear. |

I wish we had Bakkies Botha, he's old school. If you think he's dirty you should read Colin Meads book. He was known to blindside people with punches in lineouts etc. Speaking of locks. I wish Ali Williams would fuck off. He hasn't played for two seasons because he an injury prone blouse yet he's always hanging around the team like a bad smell. I think Henry's got him there as some kind of "advisor". Can just see them playing him in the world cup with no games behind him like they did last time when the stupid c***s played 8 test veteran Keith Robinson ahead of Chris Jack.

Hahaha you're probably right about that, bet I could coach them to a good winning percentage too. Yeah then they have more than your average number of boneheads as well, Bakkies Botha, Schulk Burger etc. Bye bye Bakkies though LOL! Dumbass.

jimmyjames wrote: |

I think it's more the players they have. They are just bigger, tougher and more experienced than the other teams. I bet I could coach the Boks to a 90% winning record.

Becks wrote: |

Who knows, but whatever coaching has been going on has been working cos the Boks have been nigh on unbeatable in the last year though. Not anymore, the ABs played exactly how you need to in order to shut down the Boks game plan - which was push forward, get a penalty, boot it between the cross bars. Or chuck a pass to Habana and let him sprint over the try line.
| |
 |
jimmyjames wrote: |

I don't think he's the real coach. He's just some dumbass token black figurehead. I reckon there's actually a bunch of low profile white guys coaching the team. How could a dick like him be the most qualified guy in South Africa to coach the Boks?

The thing about boneheads is they hardly ever get injured. It's always players who are deemed to be reasonably intelligent and players who are posers that get injured. As for Williams, he's a combination of the two, surely he's got better things to do, like spike his hair and pose for photos in Womans Day.

Dumbass.

I think it's more the players they have. They are just bigger, tougher and more experienced than the other teams. I bet I could coach the Boks to a 90% winning record.

I don't think he's the real coach. He's just some dumbass token black figurehead. I reckon there's actually a bunch of low profile white guys coaching the team. How could a dick like him be the most qualified guy in South Africa to coach the Boks?

Who knows, but whatever coaching has been going on has been working cos the Boks have been nigh on unbeatable in the last year though. Not anymore, the ABs played exactly how you need to in order to shut down the Boks game plan - which was push forward, get a penalty, boot it between the cross bars. Or chuck a pass to Habana and let him sprint over the try line. | Thanks to an awesome blessing, my car is completely paid off! No more monthley payments it is officially MY CAR! That's R34964.91 that is totally gone! it would have taken me another 18 months to finish paying off the total amount and being able to settle has saved a chunk of interest on the payment. I know some will not agree but I just have to say God is good and I feel so blessed to be abl to get this particular debt off my hands! |

I've got nothing against hot weather, as a matter of fact, I like it. But I am spoiled and NEED air conditioning to come home to. Here's the funny thing. Look up Lemonade Days on the internet for Bluefield, the town over from me. If it hits 90 in Bluefield, (at the airport, which is unfair since that is the highest, coolest point in the whole area) But when it does, the Chamber of Commerce serves free lemonade downtown the following day. If it's 90 at the airport it's about 102 in downtown, so yeh the LEAST they could do! lol [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by J.D. Went to see Paul Dianno a couple of nights ago, good show. Played a lot of Maiden stuff including the whole first Maiden album. Was lucky enough to spend a few minutes talking to Dianno after the show which was cool, photos etc. Nice guy, a bit drug fucked though. but still a legend of metal. Awesome to meet him.
Went to see Mark Lanegan of the Screaming Trees and Queens Of the Stone Age last night. Great two man accoustic show. If anyone gets the chance I would recommend seeing Lanegan, really intense performer, cool lyrics, wicked voice. |
