It's really funny how things work out in the end. You just never know what "experience" you get from one job will actually help you land the job you really want! For example, I was a bagger at the supermarket - back when people actually bagged your groceries and the cashier could fly through your order. I also had to bring all the grocery carts in from the parking lot, back when they didn't have motorized things to push them for you. When I interviewed for my Med Tech job, the supervisor looked over my previous jobs and asked me about that job. When I told her what I did, she got wide eyed and said, "That's hard work, pushing all those carts." I told her that the worst was in the winter when there was a foot of snow! She was impressed by the fact that I took a job like that and did it for 2 years when I could have done something much easier. So you just never know what might impress someone. I believe that things happen for a reason and every job I had before helped me get my Med Tech job.

It is literally an oversized lounge chair bolted to a catamaran! Each pontoon has an electric motor and a propeller. There are two buttons on the arm rest and you just push them forward or backward......It is a "hoot" !!!!!!! | | spapad wrote: | | So good to hear you are enjoying your trip! I think I want one of those "FunCats" Sounds like good relaxing entertainment! | | Deep Freeze wrote: | | A Good Afternoon to you!!! Up from the beach again!! What a great day. Finally getting more sun and less clouds. The Princess and I rented a little "FunCat" and went out cruising in the Bay!!! It is sort of a motorized lounge chair!!! HAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
