I was watching JP perform, and Scottie had the Painkiller outfit (you know, with the purple and black pants and the vest). I was standing at the first row in the center. The stage itself was pretty low and so were the barriers, so I was able to get pretty close to the band. The band was done playing and the members were bowing. Scottie was in the middle, and right in front of me. I was looking at his soaked chest, and at his abs. I wanted to lick them so badly. I pass the barrier without security and Scottie knowing, and was about to lick them when the alarm clock rang!! It sucked because I didn't get a chance to lick that chest of his. Hopefully that dream will come back again so I can finish what I started...

It was truly glorious. I really felt like I could put in those 10 hours after that. Well not entirely. I would have preferred 5 hours and going home early with the Priest blaring. But that spoonful of JP sugar made the work-medicine go down. |

We are lucky they are still making music! I imagine it can be frustrating at times trying to please so many ... All it takes is a bit of rest, the machine fires up again, and we get another sinfully delicious morsel like only 'Priest can produce

Well I say after this tour is done we all start screaming for a Nostradamus DVD & for them to let us know ahead of time where it will be filmed. Multiple cities would be great! We can post here, facebook, myspace & any where else we think they will see. I've already started saving up for Nostradamus. No way I'm missing that! |

That sounds like a great idea, HRMG!! The Sinful Gals in the first row, rocking to Priest and singing along...being the front-row audience of a JP concert that will be on DVD would be the icing on the cake!!! I was going through the pics. hubby took at last years Mosters of Rock. I found a few I don't think I posted last year. We were front row in the VIP section. VIP? What a joke... I couldn't see Ian or Scott for the whole show. And to think, we paid extra for that!

Our Wonderful view from VIP.
No Ian! No Scott! This was the best view from VIP.

Yes there were a bunch of photographers taking pictures during the first couple songs at all 3 shows I went to (Cleveland, Detroit and Cincinnati). I don't know where they were from though, none of them looked familiar to me from one show to the next.... so they could have been from local papers, etc. Weird that there aren't any professional photos of this tour on the website???
I LOVE your necklaces!!! I'm allergic to nickle though so I have to be careful..... do these have nickle in them? If not, I'd love to get some! Let me know, thanks! [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by QT from Monday, August 03, 2009 12:09:07 PM) | | QT wrote: | | Anyone know why there is no picutres being posted of this years shows? Are they even taking any? I didn't even notice when I was in front row. I only saw what was happening on stage.
Also, if you see any of my necklaces, PLEASE let me know. I'm starting to freak out a bit. Last year it was about 2 weeks after I gave them to Priest before I started to see them. But because I didn't not hand deliver them to the band this time, I don't even know if they received them yet. They were giving to Martin the morning or the Corpus Chrisit show.

Thanks for posting them. I just checked them out on Facebook too . Awesome review of the show. Be glad you had your earplugs in for PopEvil because I didn't and they blew my ears away. I was afraid they compromised my hearing for Priest, but luckily my hearing returned and I was able to hear Rob in all his METAL GLORY!! Glad you had a BLAST!! | | Vaillant 3.0 wrote: | | And now for the Grand Finale: Rob, Glenn, and my favorite backdrop.
Hope everyone enjoyed these photos!! Until the next concert (hopefully!).

Vail, excellent photos of the guys!!! Glenn looks great as usual. I must say your pics of Ian and Rob are really great. It was hard for me to get a good photo of Rob because he was moving around so much. Ian is also always hard because he is constantly moving. So glad you had such an awesome experience. I am a screamer too but I have toned it down a bit as to not destroy Mara's hearing so happy for you.....happy dreams of Glenn tonight. |
