MG, festivals can be screwed up! Ours had issues too believe me. We had a drunk guy trying to invade our space and at first the security guards were telling us they couldn't do anything unless something "happened". So, it took the guy almost burning Mara and Inga's hair with his cigarette to get the guy kicked out. Rediculous!

Spapad, I am sure your camera will be perfect. Just snap away.

That was a wonderful stream of pictures Jeanine! So very glad you got to meet KK! Great for you!!!
Changing lenses, HA!! my sis has been at it for years and takes some pretty good pics, shame they won't let you take the "Good" cameras in. I myself have to stick to a happy snap as I have never fooled with the more advanced ones. And today, Darn, Flora took her camera with her so I'm stuck with my old cannon digital unless I scrape up the money to buy a new happy snap in the time I have left!

HA!! I have the exact opposite problem. I bought a Cannon couple years back paid too much for it and now with technonlogy it takes worse shots than my daughter's camera that I bought for half the price! I'm secretlly hoping she will leave her camera here when she goes to her Dad's for the summer, and she just got a cell phone that takes even better pictures than her camera! LOL
Is your "good" camera one of those you can change lens and all. My sister has a camera like that, she's the shutterbug of the family.

Wowza! It's been forever since I've posted. How is everyone? It was amazing contacting with Jeanine, Mara, HalfordsDoll, Healer, Paperflowers, and the others tagging along at Summerfest. :) I was thoroughly stoked! The show was great, as we all know. Victim of Changes was THE BEST of the set by far, it was just so powerful. KK's solo was very passionate. Rob did a little growl on the line "pluck me", which I thought added extra strength to the song. :) It was also very interesting how they opened with Rapid Fire. Instead of having that grand entrance they do, they just dropped a curtain when the first line started and there's the entire band rockin. :) Awesome pics, by the way, Jeanine! Glenn was looking right at you on one! ;)

Milwaukee's Harley Davidson stage. I was trying to capture the picture that said Judas Priest but got the time they went on instead (they actually went on at 10:00.

Well, I have had a few hours sleep, now that it is midnight I thought I'd post some pictures here for Independance Day. Us ladies had a fantastic time in Milwaukee. Before the guys went on stage we had already had a blast. The crew that were there was: Halford's Doll, Mara, Mara's sis, Healer, Janet (Healer's great friend) Paperflowers and myself. We even bumped into Metal Rebekah

The guys were fantastic. Nothing was different in the setlist. We got to the venue early as it was festival seating. It was completely worth doing that as we had front row center. We had some very awesome guys surrounding us keeping our space from being invaded. Quite a few young fans was great to see.
