I've just discovered decaf coffee for night time. I've always been strictly opposed to the idea (believing firmly that I drink coffee specifically for the caffiene) but it's kinda cool. I can fool my body into believing that I'm still getting my fix and not feeding my insomnia lol. I know if I keep telling myself this over time it will be ok lol.

It would be hard being an emotional eater - I am too, as soon as my husband went to Afghanistan, and whenever I get bad news, I reach for chocolate or whatever. I'm a highly sensitive and emotional person too LOL!

It would be hard being an emotional eater - I am too, as soon as my husband went to Afghanistan, and whenever I get bad news, I reach for chocolate or whatever. I'm a highly sensitive and emotional person too LOL!

I was the same way--I'm a nurse & we people in health care take care of every one else except for ourselves
I was diet controlled too for 2 years but the last year or so have been tough --I'm an emotional eater & it just wrecked havoc on my system not to mention my diabetes but I have a new doc who listens to me & now I'm on the right track
