Hopefully you come right soon Pip! Good to hear your blood sugars are fine, some bananas will hopefully do the trick. We have heaps of diabetes in my family, both of my maternal grandparents have it and my Dads brother had it quite bad apparently - something I had no clue about till he died. My husbands Dad has it also, and has just become insulin dependent. His own doing though, he was just a diet managed diabetic for years but never took care of himself properly, silly man. He's of the school of 'it's going to happen anyway' so never even tried to hold it off for as long as possible.

chills & just plain not feelin right--I'm diabetic but my sugar is good this morning --the last time I felt like this my potassium was low--so I'll have to get some bananas

Hello there, poppin' in for a quick early mornin' visit..
Haven't been on here for a while 'cos I've been takin' care of my ex, who has mono... She's feelin' better now, and I'm tryin' to get her to come to the Priest concert on July 3rd.
Also tryin' to get a job (yes, still)... 'Cos it's hard to create your dream Heavy Metal drum kit if you don't have money (Roughly $8000 'er so).
I'll try to be back on this site before the concert this Friday, but if I don't make it back, you'll feel the ground shake, and you'll know it's me on my double kicks! |

Good Morn, Well we had such high winds here last nite, it blew trees over and Manitoba hydro was out in our back lane with chain saws until 2am, fixing the power lines , now the phone company is on the way , my phone is the only one working on the block,, lol,,, Iam on the corner, maybe that has something to do with it..
We lost 2 trees in ouur back yard, completley up rooted, and blown over, so we will be cleaning all that up tomorrow,
There were tornodos in the SE part of the province, 75 mph winds is what they were saying here last nite,,
Lots of property damage, lucky for us our home was not affected,, Iam so tired didnt get to sleep until almost 3am..
