Maybe Acrassicauda?- They were on TV a few times, they're from Iraq but if they go back there they'll be shot. MH magazine was trying to raise some money for them so that they could get a flight from Libya to somewhere further west as their visas were about to expire, haven't heard about them since so I assume they got out okay. I like a band called "Melechesh" and they used to reside in Israel...but the government/authorities threatened them to leave or they would of probably killed them all!

Unfortunately, those are the very few that I had the chance to listen. Look up some of the songs on YouTube. There should be some JP songs from the Ripper Era in that website.
