Yea, Cedar Point is Great ! I go once a year. Put in Bay is a huge PARTY ! Not too much to do other than eat and drink (two of my favorite things).

You're lucky, and I think everyone takes their surroundings for granted. We've thought about Put in Bay a few times
but I ask my wife what she wanted to do for our anniversary and she chose Cedar Point. We're not getting any younger
and from all the sore spots I'm not sure we'll do this too many more times. Knowing this ahead of time we rode every
coaster(worth riding) and every time we had the front seat, other than twice when we were in the first car second seat.
This has got to be one of the best amusement parks in the country. This was my sixth time spanning over twenty years
that I have gone their(nothing to Guido)(LOL) and I can definitely see myself going back.

I live on the shores of Lake Erie and get to see that view every night. I guess I take it for granted. You should have went to Put in Bay, it's always a great time !

My husband obviously loves me... I mentioned that I'd like a new, slimmer and cooler laptop... And he walked in the door with the cutest little Dell Inspiron lappy for me. I love it... But I love him more.

I want to see Muhammed and the ones making fun of Tom Cruise working in a fudge factory.  COME ON!!! Everyone wants to make fun of Tom Cruise and the Muhammed thing didn't even really insult Islam. People are just way to sensitive these days, or maybe way to egocentric?? What a crop of complete pansys we've got running things today.  Sigh.......

Can you believe it? Yes! Anyone who grew up watching them in their uncut versions knows what is missing. It is so sad to me. Small wonder why people don't think they are very funny.

Speaking of which...show Muhammad, damn you Comedy Central!!!

You mean to tell me that they edited the DVD release of the Loony Tunes shows? Now that is taking PC into the realm of absurdity! Why not just make the release PG if they thought it would offend. People are just so stupid!!

Oh, I disagree. Tex Avery and Walter Lantz were some of the funniest men to ever hit cartoons. Neither did just Woody and the Tex collection in particular had more sub-characters than most remember. There was a petition circulated (yes, I signed) to have Woody released after the Looney Tunes Golden Collection was slowly let free to the public. Even so, the Looney Tunes were edited like hell. Sad but true.

BTW, Will-E was a "SUPER-Genius" as per his card! LOL!!!   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by spapad from Wednesday, June 30, 2010 8:24:02 PM)

Ha ha ha ha hahahahahahahaha!!! OMG! I totally forgot about Speedy and Wile.E. Those were good times. I think hidden in my collection of kids dvds I might have a Best of Roadrunner.. Going to have to check the minute I'm off here. You know, back to the violence etc.. Have any of you watched Bakugan or Ben 10? Those are not only pretty violent but downright scary. My son loves Ben 10 but I have my reservations and gently tried to take his attention off it. IMO, Our olden day cartoons like the ones we're talkiing about now were much milder, funny and a whole lot more intelect went into writing them.

I remember seeing that skit. I loved how his name on his business card ended with "Genius". Heh.

Goodnight, Spa!

I think he's my favorite character. Love the few times they let him talk. lol He's such an intellectual! Who knew. For years he never spoke and then they gave him lines, and I was absolutely in love with his cunning stupidity. LOL

Night!

Yeah, that's true. I do remember an episode where Wile E. got a hold of the roadrunner's neck, but the latter still escaped. Poor Wile.E.

Still...it's hilarious to see that coyote fall off that cliff/explode/get run over by a car for the umpteenth time.

But you had to feel bad enough for Willey to just want him caught, just one time! I love Willey.
