Jon Oliva is alive. Criss died in 93 but as of last Thursday Jon was still with us according to the website Jon Olivas Pain.
Nick Mason from Pink Floyd is alive.
The drummer from Avenged Sevenfold was Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan. The title of the thread is Gone But Not Forgotten, not Try To Think Up As Many People As You Can Who Are Dead. It's good to see that you'll always remember old what's his name though.

He passed away in 2005 from diabetes complications. Yeah early Molly Hatchet was pretty darn good.

With the passing of Ronnie James Dio I thought a thread that we could post about some of the great names in rock and metal who are no longer with us would be a good idea. This is taken from the Live at Radio City Music Hall dvd. I was lucky enough to see RJD and Heaven And Hell about two months after this was recorded when they did a show here in NZ. I was absolutely amazed at the power of Dios voice ( at the age of 65 ) and his enthusiasm and graciousness toward the fans. It was a great show.
