We just got back from the Cleveland and Detroit shows. Priest was INCREDIBLE!!! I had tears in my eyes during Victim of Changes in Cleveland - it was THAT awesome! I have to say, the men of Priest are so incredibley nice. Scott, Glenn, KK and Ian all stopped before getting on their bus in Cleveland and signed autographs and took pictures with us. Then KK remembered me from the night before and reached out and shook my hand during the Detroit show and said, "Hello again!" He also sang Grinder to me.... Good morning, I would like to offer an opportunity to change the subject.
I woke up covered in swet this morning after the following nightmare:
My daughter & I were at the JP concert and a great surprise, some of my high school friends had seats next to us. All of a sudden, the fire alarm went off but nothing was noticeable. I took my daighter to the main lobby areas just in case to see what was happening.
There was my cousin from CA with some cart full of lotions she was selling. She had to get the cart clear across the stadium(per emergency instructions by the company) or she was liable for the cost of product. She is very over weight and I knew she would never make it.Here is the nighmareSavannah & I get the cart there & seeing there is no fire rush back to our seats
WE MISSED LIVING AFTER MIDNIGHT< BREAKING THE LAW< VICTIM OF CHANGE AND DIAMONDS AND RUST was already started
It was horrible, we just sat there in disbelief, then I woke up
It was really horrible, we missed the songs we most wanted to hear  I was so glad it was only a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!! |

all i can say about the show is Holy Fucking Shit. I had the time f my life, ears are stll ringing. Im still smiling from ear to ear. and hot rockin metal godess im really sorry i missed u at the show.although i did see a girl with the priest cross on her pants, and a guy with a ram it down shirt. if i knew it was u i wouldve yelled something. anyways i had the time of my life and i will remember it forever. |

Yeah... I really need to wear them. I have random ringing as well. Atleast this last JP show was outside for me..

I just stopped standing right by the stupid amps...I would be the idiot with face basically touching it at a bunch of death metal shows in high school...

I recommend earplugs but don't wear them myself. I have Savannah where them. In fact we are doing double for this show since we will be close. The squishy ones and then I'm going to Home Depot and get the over the ear ones, just in case |

So funny. Stupid story..
I was listening to the live halford disc the week before the show. He does the same thing on there.. and for a good two weeks I would piss my fiance off...
I would come on walk in the door be all pumped from rocking the live cd.. and scream "breaking the what".... eventually.. he stopped talking me to me if I even mentioned that. He is such a baby and not really a priest fan..So when we were at the show I had turn around and see if he watching when halford did it..
... yeah the fucker gives me the middle finger. But I took this picture and put it on the fridge just to keep pissing him off... After 10 years of dating I have to piss em off somehow..

Congrats! If your like me you are no addicited to concerts.. I have a a huge box, yes a box filled with concerts flyers and tickets stubs..
If your ears are not ringing, you didn't rock hard enough....
..actually I feel as though I now need to wear ear plugs...
don't heed my advice I;m sure I have hearing loss. That is awesome you had a great time. Did you get any pictures?!

Im still smiling from ear to ear. and hot rockin metal godess im really sorry i missed u at the show.although i did see a girl with the priest cross on her pants, and a guy with a ram it down shirt. if i knew it was u i wouldve yelled something. anyways i had the time of my life and i will remember it forever. |

okay guys i couldnt come on yesterday because internet was down and i left at 11:00 to hang with alison and anthony, but then we left for cleveland and i couldnt stop smiling.
all i can say about the show is Holy Fucking Shit. I had the time f my life, ears are stll ringing. | Welll the Cleveland show is now history..but what a show, the band was dead on, and Rob sounded great!!! Even the screams were brilliant! Even though the show was great, the highlite of the night was meeting the band! All the guys were awesome, and Rob actually sat down with me and we talked about Nostradamus and my continual listening of at least once a day for over a year now. The guys were very appreciative of my dedication to the record! I will never ever forget july 14, 2009 |
