its all about what is popular, it has nothing to do with actualy saving anyone, just popularity. kids raise money. it causes fear.
look at the fund raising to treat aids in africa. huge. you would think it was the number one killer there. nope. rising at a rate it will be. nope. Malaria kills more people in africa than Aids. Famine and war are also ahead. but, which gets more funding?

Bands rarely come to New Zealand too. Like I've mentioned before, Priest cancelled their first ever concert here due to logistics reasons (some people say low ticket sales but I doubt that, if it was they would have said so lol). Fingers crossed they stop by at some point :)

What pisses me off... yesterday, I found my checking account overdrafted, thanks to my car insurance company, with whom I terminated my policy on Sunday. Their automated system still withdrew $251.64 from my account two days later even though I only had $58 in it. Even worse, I made several small purchases last week (the end balance after these purchases was $58), but they didn't show up on my statement until the 17th, AFTER it was overdrafted. So I'm being charged 6 overdraft fees of $22, adding up to $132. It's BS because only my insurance overdrafted my account. I've dealt with them and they're sending me a check in the mail. Now I just have to deal with the bank...

My Judas Priest shirt appears to have gotten lost in the post took me forever to find a female style shirt here in NZ, and now the postal service has gone and screwed up, I'm still waiting for it.
