Actually I was thinking of using the broom to take the nest down while the wasps were away. BUT! Your plan will work as well.
I would happily trade you problems. Those wasp sprays that go 25 feet, will take that problem out in no time flat. Have fun gunning them down!

Well first off "black metal" is dead and has been for the last 10 years. The only worthy bands in bblack metal are the bands that came out before the year 2000.And only a small selective bands are even worthy at that.Nobody hails them as "evil" except nowaday losers. I remember back in 93' buying a few cds,at least they were doing something different and it wasn't a trend,at that time death metal was the trend and black metal was hidden, you couldn't find hardly anybody who liked this music back then.Nowadays "fuck black metal".
Yeah I get what your saying don't get me wrong, but Iron Maiden on stage just looks "dull". Of course I wouldn't want them to sport spandex lofl! How about black boots, dark black normal fit levi jeans, blacks metal-orianated shirts and black leather jackets ect... it doesn't even have to be spikes or studs,at least "Janic Gers" looks heavy metal, hes just irritating to watch ha! Its just with the look of Bruce with the baggy pants and the beanie Beatie Boy-like cap he wears and with Steve wearing a soccer....(sorry....."football") jersey sometimes it just looks dull and to top it off with the band's "nu" sound they have created with Somewhere In Time all the way up to El Dorado and The Final Frontier track so far.
It all lacks vintage "pure" Iron Maiden. With Angel Of Retribution and songs like Judas Rising,Deal With The Devil,Demonizer,Eulegy,Hellrider,Wheels Of Fire sounds like something that could match up to any tracks off of Screaming For Vengeance or Defenders Of The Faith and even Worth Fighting For sounds something like Desert Plains, like the album or not it sounds like classic Judas Priest and in my opinion is the band's 5th best LP. But Maiden doesn't have 1 album that can even come close to Powerslave or of course anything before it and thats unacceptable for me.
J.D., I'm fine wih everything you said there apart from 'Image means everything', because I'm not sure you meant it as fully as you wrote- what about all the so-called Black Metal bands that wear the spikes and paint and are musically shite, but are still considered 'evil' just for their image? I guess its best to have the image and the music, but surely the music is everything, image is secondary to that.
(Its also a view I disagree with because its an increasing trend in this country for some metalheads to look down on or even abuse others who don't 'wear the uniform' regardless of musical taste, as if the image were the most important thing, and that there can be no variety. If there is no variety in image, then there would probably be less variety in the music. Not to mention its the kind of behaviour that reinforces a negative view of the metal community. I know you would never think or act like that, but it is a view that can be twisted round and taken in a bad way)
I realise that was going off the point and has nothing to do with Maiden, and yes, sometimes I do think Bruce could make more of an effort, he looked cool when I saw them in 08, but at Download in 07 he have just in baggy black and trainers, it did look a tad naff, but looking back over some older pictures of him, he always dressed a bit-- naff. Sure, there were spikes and chains, but also yellow spandex and long socks. In fact, barring around the time of Fear of the Dark, I have never seen pictures of him in full leather. And the rest of the band only seemed to wear the spandex, not the chains etc. I would rather see them dressing the way they do now than in said 80s spandex, (especially now they are all over 50) and the other five guys still have the long hair, they aren't totally un-metal looking.

LOL! LOL!
And the beanie rap boy hat that Bruce wears spanks big time. The baggy pants are crappy and shows that Bruce doesn't have as much passion for heavy metal that Rob Halford does or many other "metal" artists for that matter. Look at Dio,he never sported spikes, but he always had a medieval image, mystical with some studs ect...he always looked "metal" while Bruce used to support this image to a point.
Take a look at the band photo in the CD booklet of "A Matter Of Life And Death" as Bruce is wearing blue jeans and a green or grey shirt with some random logo on it,it looks like he was outside mowing the yard,a far cry from an image he used to support with studs and spikes ect.... It just shows me that the band is lazy and are not giving the fans 100%. Thats why I've always hailed Rob Halford,he always looks metal where it counts.
Rob wears normal cloths but not on stage or in CD booklets like Bruce and Maiden does. Don't get me wrong,if Maiden were decked out in full spikes ect...it wouldn't change my opinions of the music because the music is the most important but it makes the listener wonder if Maiden never astrayed away from studs and spikes,black/leather ect...what would thier mind-set and attitude be like all these years? Maybe they would of been making albums like "The Number Of The Beast or Piece Of Mind perhaps? Image means everything in the realm of heavy metal and like thier music,Iron Maiden have again come up short.

What did you expect him to say? That he thinks he's better than Rob? lol. I agree there are things Rob can do that Bruce cant. There are also things Bruce can do that Rob can't so it works both ways. See what I'm saying? Yes Dio is awesome and almost had him tied with Bruce but not quite. .....I don't know, their close.
[HOT ROCKIN' METAL GODDESS] Wednesday, July 21, 2010 6:06:13 PM
Yes, Dio was a MUCH better vocalist and lyricist than Bruce could ever hope to be! Even Bruce admitted that Rob was amazing and could do things HE CAN NOT DO! So, even Bruce admits that he in fact is FAR BEHIND Rob! Believe what you want Brian, but the METAL GOD is THE METAL GOD for a reason and Bruce can't come close!!!
I would say over the years Bruce has been the second best metal vocalist and not far behind rob. And i still don't see a problem with the baggy pants. But to each his own. I think Aces High alone puts Powerslave above AOR.

Actually thinking about it I take that back,I don't think Angel Of Retribution is far better than Powerslave but rather a step ahead of it with Powerslave almost there. The best Iron Maiden albums are Killers and debut Iron Maiden album. I like Paul Di Anno's vocals better than Bruce however I hate Paul's vocals nowadays. I just like the Maiden albums with Di Anno better than I like Bruce. I think Bruce gets to dramatic at times. There is no way that Bruce is close to Rob Halford's vocal talent though and thats not saying that Bruce isn't a good vocalist because he is,but nowhere near The Metal God.
