Ya know, except for Hampton, when the crowd surged. I never went to a show that had that problem. Up front on all of them, and that is the only incidence.
I suppose the US decided just one incidence like what happened at the Who concert, was too many. That is when they started to phase out General admission.
I feel lucky I had that seating for as long as I did. Sigh! I REALLY miss it.

I hate them. The best concert night of my life was when a baricade caved at Hampton Roads, VA and I got to spend the entire night with my elbows on the stage! At KK's feet.

Check the web yourself and see all the tickets on sale and when Ticketbastard is actually going to put that venue on sale. I just let myself get tangled up on a "scalper" site - lol The seating arrangement on that site is possible for that venue; however, when I went to the 'real' link it still shows general admission / standing room only, where the other site showed seating. Floor plan and sales dates are still being determined? While the show immediately following is already on sale (shrugs) How frustrating, eh?

From the tech point of view, the scalpers couldn't have had a line of machines all hitting Ticketmaster servers at the same time. The "type in the word YOU cannot read" would have prevented it. It stops humans, it sure as hell would have stopped machines.

They should have gone through Live Nation and done meet and greets, if they truly wanted to interact with their fans like they say they want to do. Scalpers can't buy those tickets up because you have to have picture ID and your name is on a list. Plenty of things they SHOULD have done to make this last tour something incredible for the band as well as the fans that have supported them for MANY MANY YEARS!!!

They should have done something to protect the fans from the vultures. Rob did say at the Cali interview, that price was a management decision, which seemed rather detached. Maybe they should have taken a bit more intrest in how tickets got sold to ensure their fans would have a chance to be there and up front supporting them.

How is it "far fetched" Brian? The only band I can think of that has "3" lead guitarists is Iron Maiden.....can you name any others that are actually popular? I doubt it. Yup, and it's TOTAL BULLSHIT and something the Priest management SHOULD HAVE controlled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tickets should go to FANS! PERIOD! Iron Maiden blocks off something like 10 rows. You get a password if you are in the fanclub. Only people with the fanclub password can buy those seats. Then, to keep scalpers from buying them, you have to pick up the tickets at WILL CALL and present a photo ID matching the person that bought the tickets in the first place. NOT FUCKING HARD TO DO!!! You would think that Priest and their management would want hardcore fans in the front rows, singing and screaming their heads off. It would make Priest look foolishly imitating Maiden and it would give Maiden that much more credit in the media,bad idea but I know that your heart is in the right place with this subject.

I completely agree.. No one would (or could) figure the Priest out if there were 3 guitarists like Maiden, therefore KK wont be returning and Richie's one helluva guitar player, something the Priest has been looking for.. I cannot wait to hear what he can contribute (not just from Living After Midnight & Braking The Law on American Idol) but on this new album.. Look, it's better to have a guitarist who's into their music and play it with thier heart and soul than have a (veteran) stick around and not have the heart, desire, soul for this type of music anymore... Praise to the Mighty Priest for forging on without KK, they'll still do amazing on this tour and I believe the new album will cement Richie as a gloriouis musician. HOLY SHIT!!! Well, I guess this guy did the trick! Now you are left with the wonderful job of patching the hole. Hoping it all goes well and things are back to "normal" soon.
CRAP!!! Hours after helping a bee guy rip zipsaw into my house and a full 5 gallon bucket + of honeycomb later, I think I have solved the bee trouble. Pictures to follow. Only got stung once or twice by those little bastards.
Cost a small fortune but this guy was the shit! Now I just have to put my house back together. There is now a gap a family of 15 raccoons or so can use as a permanent residence in the joists under my second floor.
You mean the EpiPen? I doubt Hellrider will need it either, they wouldn't dare sting him!
I know Billy isn't a real exterminator, but.... he's cool to watch. I'd say your contract is legal with Hellrider. Just make sure he signs on the dotted line when he gets there. And let me know when you plan on doing this, cause I definitely don't want to miss this! Oh, and Mark will be glad to lend a hand. He NEVER gets stung! He can attack a hive with a can of spray in one hand and a fly swatter in the other and they fly out of the nest and come at me standing across the street!

For some reason, I think they'll survive the water. One thing I've learned from the pool we got for the boys, it the bee isn't at the bottom of the pool, it ain't dead yet!

I just got a blackberry at work.
first, they cant transfer my sim card from my old phone. so I get to spend hours moving all my contacts. my phone is my address book. then this POS wont recieve a text. cant conect to bluetooth. I am not a tech guy, but all that shit I could manage.
so I go to the telus (phone company) store. they can move my contacts for $20, but I need to make an apointment, which means taking time off work. no idea on bluetooth, and they send a text which then alows all the texts people sent me to come in. FFS!!!
