Oh, there is pain, believe me. Hit a treadmill for 1.5 hours and it is unavoidable! LOL! Icing down as I type. Ibuprofen just helps with the inevitable inflamation.
The key is the music, I say! People must think I go through spasms as I run throwing air guitar shadows!
