Having to pick only one song as the 'signature' for (imho) the greatest metal band in the history of metal, is nearly impossible!!
So many years...
So many songs... (does anyone actually know the exact number of different songs (original or cover) Priest have recorded over the years??)
So many styles...
So many opinions... (and all of them valid)
Say we were to vote on it, I would cast mine for 'Victim Of Changes'.
My first response was to post for 'Sinner' as it is my personal favorite of all. But I think that 'Victim...' showcases ALL the members of the band whereas 'Sinner' showcases mainly Rob and KK. Both songs are incredible and what I believe to be Priest at their best!! |

JP can't go thru a concert without playing YGATC. Metal Gods, HBFL, PK. YGATC is catchy and sonic. I am surprised that it hasn't been covered.

If you wanted to showcase JP's signiture song which one would it be. For me out of all the songs that they have played. There is something magical about, You've got another thing comming. It has everything that JP stands for.
Other songs after that for me are Sinner and Victim of changes. For me its the cruchy guitars and sonic assualt. That gives JP that Metal edge. They are my favorite band after Led Zeppelin. LZ's signiture songs are When the levee breaks, Acchilies Last Stand, Heartbreaker.
