Painkiller has a great solo, but I have to tilt towards Beyond the Realms as probably my fav, but it's really close. Prob. bcause it is still great 30+ years after it was recorded!!! Live Sinner by KK makes it a 3-way tie for the most part for me!!! |

I don't think one has to be technically proficient to create a great solo as they need to also be one with their guitar. Ex: Jimi Hendrix.
That being said, my fav JP solo is from Painkiller. Everything about that song just blows me right off my seat when I hear it. |
