I really hope so because I was actually supposed to be seeing him live last Sunday (thankfully the venue were very good about refunding tickets) and I still really want to see him, whether with Dio or Heaven and Hell or any other band.

I mentioned this to my mum- she is a physiotherapist at a hospice and sees a lot of cancer patients. She told me that providing its caught early and hasn't spread the chances of a total recoveryare quite good- she cited her uncle as an example- he had stomach cancer in the early 70s and lived for another 20 years . He'll have to have part of his stomach removed and take it easy for a while, though.

OMG! I've always thought of Ronnie as imortal.
If anyone can beat this it's our own metal elf... I will pray for you Ronnie and keep him in my thoughts... Way too much cancer happening.. Something is clearly wrong!
