I'll just wait til the CD comes out before listening to it. I'm rather against hearing soundbytes to some degree.

I'm looking forward to the new Halford cd! Made of Metal sounds great and is very catchy. Not nuts about the video though. Did anyone notice that the car number is the same as Rob's birth year? Neat. Just finally listening to the Mower, it's very heavy..... \m/ |

The Mower is a pretty good song. One of my favorite Halford songs is "Fetish" off of Resurrection but I think it might be a bonus track, not sure... but it's perfect! |

i heard he was pissed off when he wrote it.yeah for me i find it very unusual.it starts off real killer THE METAL GOD PROVES he can still nail those notes but i do not care for the guitar in it.just my opinion but i feel it lacks power because of it..i really like MADE IN METAL though if only it was only more hard core that would be killer.but it ROCKS.

Yeah it might be a lot heavier than what Priest usually is but my God I nearly shit myself when I heard this. Halford's voice is incredible I don't know what he has been doing but he is back on form.
His latest tour he sang Resurrection here is a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0Tx5axusxM
I can spy Painkiller back in the set when Priest hit the road again cause bloody Hell his voice is better than it was last year without a shadow of a doubt. If he can pull of Resurrection surely he can pull off Painkiller.
I hope this raises spirits somewhat and J.D, Hellrider (thanks for keeping the faith) I hope this satisfies your metal hunger for now \m/ |

He sounds like Udo Dirkschneider in that Mower vid. and I hope the new Priest cd doesn't sound like this. I prefer the faster classic tracks like Painkiller and Freewheel Burning. |
