I think the studs are extremely subdued now. It used to be real spiky studs, now it's just some metal plaques, quite flat. The initial M. Leather outfits were true to their nature while this tour you can see it's theatre costume style for Rob Halford, though I really appreciate it too. Did you ever see the spikes used in warfare during the Renaissance Period? Real Mean.
With the forbidding the fans to wear spiked wristbands and real spikes on their jackets in many arenas, I would find it real avenging if Halford wore Black Metal type spikes. I'd also like to see Halford crack a whip on stage singing Love You To Death or Touch of Evil. ![](/FCKeditorNEW/editor/images/smiley/fun/xp1700.gif) [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Angry-Rocker from Thursday, July 17, 2008 4:04:56 AM) | ![](1.gif) | Angry-Rocker wrote: | | A lot of love has poured out for Nostradamus album, one thing I wanted to say that it's great to see such outpouring love for the album. In particular, the Nostradamus long coat by Rob, more studs on his pants, and now Scott wearing long and studded almost-cowboy-style leather pants has matched his image spot on 100% with the rest of the band, and great to see something fancy come out of Ian with that leather vest and now studs on his shirts. Glenn as usual has added yet another fancy colouring to his outfit, in line with the Nostradamus idea. KK as usual has kept his trademark image and added a different flavour to it. Personally, Rob's look during the Painkiller tour is the best. He looked real good and I don't understand why he covers himself from head to toe now like virgin mary.

I love the new "Metal Monk" look that Rob is opening the show with currently. Besides, it's only for one song. |
