I understand. And thank you. Very kind of you to say. I must admit, I really enjoyed the Vegas show last month. They played so many songs I have not heard live! It was wonderful!

Oh. Haha that's ok, the questions weren't directed at you, they were more rhetorical. As expectedly neither of us will know until Priest give us some news regarding it. But you made some quite good points there.

I cannot answer your questions. I have no idea how they decide what they will and will not play but I have heard that they get more requests for the "classic" material than anything else so this may be why they play so many of the older songs. I have also heard that they are planning a full on Nostradamus show but there are technical areas that have been a problem. Again, I do not know.

The perfect sense would be to change the setlist around on the 2nd leg....throw out some lesser songs from the current set and make way for One Shot At Glory (Why the fuck was this not played?) and Judas Rising, and include 4 or 5 new songs instead of just 2, testing out how well fans react to it after 8 months of being out and onwards, then topping everything off with a 3rd leg of full Nostradamus shows. I dunno about others, but I HAVE to hear the whole thing live. And the longer I listen to the album the more it makes me just want to experience it all live in concert from front to back.

It was the same here in Vegas. They may very well go all-out with a Nostradamus show on the "second" leg.

So far they've only played 2 new songs. Which is kinda a slight disappointment. By the 2nd European leg it would be rather stupid if they don't inject more songs.

I pray they don't. play it all.

Even if it was decent, I wouldn't want to hear the whole album. A decent mixture is always the best bet

I'd love to see the whole thing ive, but i've never seen Priest before, and so when i see them at Nottingham, i still hope they play Breakin the Law, Touch Of Evil, Turbo Lover e.t.c. I do love the new album though, so seein it live would be kickass, it's one of my favourite Priest albums!

Seriously though, Priest have said they'l only do the whole thing live if they think the record goes down well enough. I think the album has got some decent reviews, but sales-wise i don't know how well it did, so do we all think they will do it all live still?

Obviously you aren't happy with the album. Majority of hte fans feel otherwise. Personally, I think this one of the most amazing things that Priest churned out and cannot wait to hear it all live. It will be the greatest concert I ever go to in my life.

I'm hoping they don't play too much of NOSTRABOREUS.

I think the audience would walk out or go to sleep. What a let down that album is. 3 good songs.

What a come down from such a great group.

Oh ok. They should at least then change the setlist around a bit, and play other fan favourites such as One Shot At Glory, Judas Rising, Blood Red Skies, Jawbreaker, as well as playing songs considered to be singles such as War, Alone, Visions, and of course Nostradamus, because the album's been out for almost 4 months now, and by that time it will have been out 8 months, it would make sense to play some more new stuff, because I'm sure the fans would know them largely by then.

I don't think so because it's still part of the Priest Feast tour! And the band said in many interview they will tour with full Nostradamus at the end of 2009...
I think they are going to tour Europe again and USA again before playing the Nostradamus in all it's glory!!!

Could 2nd European leg mean Nostradamus shows? If not, will it mean a slightly different setlist? I certainly hope if that won't be Nostradamus tour, that their setlist will at least include some more Nostradamus tunes, because by that time fans will have largely known the album. At least if they add Nostradamus, perhaps Visions since it is a single, as well as Alone and of course War since they even made a video clip for it. It would make perfect sense. Changing around with fan favourites would be great too, say if they dropped Between The Hammer and The Anvil & Hell Patrol, replacing them with Judas Rising and One Shot At Glory, as well as maybe taking out Eat Me Alive, and Rock Hard Ride Free and replace it with Blood Red Skies. I think if they keep the same setlist they've been playing on the tour, on the 2nd European leg, it would get really pointless, when Nostradamus album isn't largely being showcased.
