LOL sorry DC. Just a little regional humor - my hometown is not that far from Scott's. I've been to Norfolk many times and even have family there. Anyway to make a long story short, many of us from these parts are only a few generations removed from the farm...or still on one. Some of the ideas and customs that seem backwards to the current generation are alive and well in less populated areas. One of those is the idea that things like drinking, dancing and/or swearing are sinful. So the joke goes "they don't drink, nor dance, Norfolk." Norfolk sounds vaguely like "nor fuck" when said aloud so the last bit is supposed to be ambiguous.

Wikipedia is not a reliable soure of information for anything! At Uni they threaten to penalise our marks if we use it as a reference, same went in High School.... Anyone can put stuff in Wiki.

The reason for that was that when I first read the Wikipedia website, they stated that Dave's birthplace was Northampton, now they changed it to Wolverhampton. It is rather confusing. You can't be born in two places. Scott Travis was born in Norfolk, Virginia.
