Never said it was right or fair, but as the old saying goes........let the buyer beware. I spent allot of money on my VIP ticket and if something happened the show did not take place, I would hate to be out that amount of money.
Any amount of money is to tough to take but even places like Wal-mart which used to have a liberal retuns policy are hell on you if you bought something electronic and it malfunctioned in 31 days. They wont touch it, tell you to contact the company that made it to get it fixed. 31 days, I don't want it fixed I want a new one because obviously the one I have is inferior. Know what I mean? In other words if they can find a way to screw you these days they will take it! [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Head banger from Thursday, July 10, 2008 6:10:35 PM)

Note for the future, always buy the ticket insurance, then you'll get your money back, even if it's really your fault because you car broke down. $6.95 is a small price to pay for ensuring you get your money back.
