lol The storm blew ashore 150 miles south of Corpus, SouthPadreIsland (spring break heaven ; ).  I much prefer to be on the southern edge of these hurricanes v. the northern.   Northern outerbands brought wind, rain, and tidal surge, only a couple of feet though.  It did bring the water up over the break to the sea wall, downtown; one of the docks in the marina was almost submerged.  A few nervous boat owners.  One confirmed tornado north of us.  So not too bad.  Looks worse down south, in the valley.
