Thanks QT! No one ever calls me by my full name because 90% of people cant
not pronounce it!
Like when I go to Dr. Offices and things the girls always come out and say "Susan?" as
If they are hoping I am the only Susan in the room and they won't have to continue! It's pretty funny!
People who ask me to pronounce it immediately back offf of it. Hell, even My own sister cant say it right!
She sounds vocally like she is running up a hill then back down the other side when she says it! It is pretty humurous!

The answer to your question is more boring than you can imagine! The s is for my first name, and papad is the first five letters of my very long last name! 13 letters in all, of Greek origin and no, it does not fit on most government forms! Figures I get to be the one who signs in all the shipments and invoices for my job. I could get writers cramp on a busy day!
