Hit the Admin tab at the top of this page and see if their name is in your "ignore" list. If they are listed, a "remove" will appear right across from their name.
Oh, man..I really need help now. I think I accidentally hit the ignore button on the last person who posted before me when I was trying to edit my post. How do you UN-ignore someone on here? Man, I am having so much trouble figuring out these icons it's not even funny. Do not wanna screw up anymore than I already have.
