No, it doesn't rule. The lyrics don't agree with the melody. It made a decent album into a joke and that song along dissapointed me somewhat for its pomposity. I began to doubt their capability to churn out a good, solid, metal album because it gave me the impression that the lyricist, song writers in the band had lost the ability to make kick-ass songs that appeal to their audience under the banner of JUDAS PRIEST.
