Good idea on the getting as fit as poss first. You don't want to end up in a heap on the ground during physical training lol!
Yep there's about 140 of them (our defence force is small and stretched, we have many overseas committments) in Bamyan province, they're called a provincial reconstruction team, so they're helping to rebuild the infrastructure there our defence force is growing bigger though, as now it is seen as a recession proof employment option lol.
