Lets talk about tomato Aspic. The greatest bastardization of jello in all the world. Heat Tomato Juice, put finely diced onion and celery in it add clear gelliten and then let it set up on a mold! YUCK! Tomato Jello! That is just So wrong! If it actually tasted good I think Jello corp. would have found a way to market it by now!
