I have a low bullshit tolerance threshold too, but what I ended up doing in this situation was completely ignoring the men that did that stuff to me. The reason I did that is if I had still pandered to them and talked to them, it would have fed their already giant egos. So I just acted like they didn't even exist or mean shit to me, lol.
