So the snow up there isn't groomed at all and you could hit an almost dry spot or big drift at anytime. Sounds like skydiving, which I would try, but this, no way! I would pound a tree in no time flat! Yikes! But I would love to go to the top just to see a vista like that! Exactly. That was the summit and, as you could expect, the wind is something fierce. Those pics are in pretty sequential order so the snow from the previous days gave it that "thin cover" (as opposed to "pack" snow).
