Oh, don't get me wrong. I am with you 100%! MUCH more than the normal population.
Hell, I work in the tallest building in the whole city. Four stories. Fully healthy people take the elevator up to the second floor...sigh. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Becks from Sunday, March 29, 2009 6:15:40 PM)

LMAO 4km is a lot more than a large portion of the population can run so pfffffffft I would run longer, but usually 4-5km is enough for me to feel like I've actually done something LOL, sometimes I just keep going though.
I need new running shoes, only have my old army issue ones, they do nothing for my joints which aren't very stable to begin with lol.

Haaa! You should describe yourself as a "sprinter" then! Sounds more impressive than a 4k! LOL! As long as you have the proper gear. Gotta look the part. Nice shiny shoes, top, go through a 1/2 hour warm-up. HAAAAA!!!!
Me? Treadmill save for the marathons races. "Weather" freaks me out! Only thing worse than wind for me are HILLS! Too bad Nashville (Music Marathon) is known for them. Ah well. What else have I got to do, eh?

I'm a short distance runner, so only 4km, and yes outside. I try to go fast though, lol. My legs have felt like lead the last couple of runs which is a pain, hope that stops soon. It was overcast outside and mild, temp of maybe 15 degrees C maximum? So nice running weather - what I prefer anyways LOL. No wind either which is a bonus, I hate running in to a head on wind LOL.

How far a run, Becks?
Outside, I'd imagine. What was the temp?
