Yesterday ! 

I had not slept well, kids were almost to late at school, my whole body was hurting and I just didn't got any energy to do anything.
At the evening , kids were a sleep , me in the sauna with a cd of JP and after that a nice shower and I felt a lot better.
Today I got energy again and JP is already helping me to get my work done.
