I agree with Spa, Paor. Sending hugs your way too, sounds like you're having a very hard time of it! I would definitely get a second opinion on the car, mind you I am always very wary of mechanics cos I know nothing about cars, but am well aware that they can be very extortionate with repair prices, and even tell lies about what's needed in general. Obviously that doesn't go for every mechanic (the majority are ok) but like I said, cos I know nothing about cars I am very wary LOL!
