Not just because of that, but she made it clear she did not want this person to find out where she had moved to when she was still in that city. I explicity told her not to contact her ex (she has done it with previous ex's, as a lot of women often do post breakup) cos if he found out where she was, the stalker would find out too. He is scared of this woman himself. She was texting her awful things, sending her emails, one of which she showed me and said stuff like I can't wait till you're gone for good. This woman did drive bys of the house when my friend lived with the now ex. She went to the police but all they could do was advise her to get a trespass notice on this woman. My friend did go to this womans work and tell them that she was using company time to harass her though. This woman and the now ex got a trespass notice against my friend and she had never even been to their house! (yes the ex got back together with the stalker). It was absolutely ridiculous and quite horrifying so I am personally glad, for her safety and mental wellbeing, she left that place. It was all incredibly sad 
Like you said, stalking is very real and very very scary. Especially what can come from it.

There was a report on the news just a couple days ago about a poor girl who just knew someone casaully and then he emailed her and started to tell her he didn't like what she was wearing etc, she left the area when she transfered schools I believe, but two years later this insane person turned up and shot her dead at her job. Stalking is real, and it's a shame they can't do more before the suspect makes a move. What a waste of life.

I just cant believe people like that woman keep their jobs! That's Abuse, what she does, she needs to be on the abuse registry!

ARGH my old flatmate recently had someone like that, liked toying people, harassing/stalking her! Poor thing was an absolute a wreck, it's a long story, the stalker was her (now ex) boyfriends ex. She was scared of going to sleep at night cos of this person. I have absolutely no tolerance for people like that, they're pretty much sociopaths in my book.

I myself and doing well, looking forward to the show, but work sucks! The most evil of all state surveyers walked through our doors today. This woman has power and she abuses it! I hate to even have her talk to me, never know, what she will do. We all wish her a very short visit!
