Do they plan on replacing the injured valve? I'm sorry to hear that. Perhaps when they do surgery you'll be good as new? [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by gangryl from Sunday, June 28, 2009 1:23:45 PM)

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I plan on just keeping going - it's what I've always done, what I plan to do. We're medicating what we can, (some of this is 'forever' situations) and watching the rest. Did have to laugh, last heart scan I had, the tech said "Wow - that's one of the more interesting ones I've seen!" Leave it to me that even my valve prolapse is non-normal, LOL!

Sorry to hear how ill you have been, and Many hopes for your return to health soon.
Bad things seems to always happen to good people and it makes the world seem unfair so often.
About the shirts, yeh it is funny that they're wearing the shirts, but since their generation of music sucks so bad they quite often are listening to the old Metal!

What's pissing me off? Chronic illness. Not being able to do the things I love because of it. Being too exhausted from it during the week to do anything but get up, go to work, come home and collapse. Struggling to keep up with the things that need to be done, because I can only get things done during the weekends, and then I'm limited. Being out of medical leave with 2 months left before I can renew. Fearing I'll lose my job because I'm sick and out of medical leave. Not having any savings left due to medical issues.
Seeing kids in 'throwback' concert shirts that I had the original shirt, and knowing, if asked, they probably couldn't tell me a single song or band member (there should be a law that if they can't tell someone at least that much info, we get to smack them and confiscate the shirt).
People who dump/abuse animals.
The fact that my best friends mom is probably dying and she doesn't deserve it. She's worked hard and fought hard all her life with noone but herself and my friend (her daughter) to depend on. She deserves better.
That it's the high 90's here and high humidity. No matter what you do, in the time to walk from your front door to your car, you're sweaty and stinky even if you just showered and are coated in deoderant.
Yes, I've had a lousy few weeks lately. Does it show?
