You talking about the waterfall shot? If so, they are stairs. You could go up in a cable car of take the stairs. I was in a rush so took the cable car up but crossed the bridge, went to the top of the stairs for more pix and then wanted to kick myself because I bought a round trip ticket and wanted to take the stairs back down. While in a hurry as I wanted to catch the Basilica and the Ile, the cheapskate in me didn't want to let the "ride back" ticket go to waste so I walked all the way back to take the car down.
That microbrew was great for any beer snob (um...me). Summer Ale made right on the spot. Yummmm..... [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by spapad from Friday, July 10, 2009 6:03:18 PM)

Wow, that's a nice view Guid! Tell me, What is that system of towers on the opposite slope? For tourist purposes or something else?
Great shot of the hotel at night too! And of course the obligatory beer shot! LOL

Returned from the Great White North late last night. Still have yet to upload the traditional "JP Cross pic" (still haven't decided) but three more.
First was two days ago when I rented a car and drove all around the Ile d'Orléans. Just had to see the waterfall on the way.
AH, the little pleasures of life! Wonderful microbrew.
Finally, you think the Chateau was beautiful during the day, check it out at night! Breathtaking...
