Kits? Are they like TV dinners? What's included in these kits?

Dinner for me was 3 hours ago (it's 8:54 P.M. right now...still Tuesday). Made a pair of beef tacos for myself, with tomatoes, onions and chili sauce. Ah, the joy of being Mexican!!
