I just wanted to say that I think what you are doing is wonderful! A lot of people wouldn't go through the time or expense of treating their pet the way you are. They ask so little of us and yet give back SO MUCH MORE! My German Shepherd is 13 years old now and still has quite a bit of fight left in him. I can't even think about not having him around, running up to me and whining when I get home. Love them while we can.... time is so short.

Putting him down was never a thought that crossed my mind....giving him insulin injections is no problem for me or him
he doesn't mind them at all as he can't even feel it,so he still has some life left in him....animals are cool,cats,dogs,ect....
