Hey Becks!! Yeah 1980 "Strong Arm Of The Law" is a cool album...the ONLY track I don't like is "Sixth Form Girls"..but the rest are classic Saxon.
I think 2004's "Lionheart" is Saxon's best album. Amazon.com should have some Saxon cds used but good for a good price..they should have...
but I haven't looked .....I have all Saxon CDs except 1984 "Crusader".... 1985 "Innocense Is No Excuse".... 1986 "Rock The Nations"...and 1988 "Destiny".
I would not get those albums...those are not good Saxon albums...the band has 18 studio albums and those 4 are the ones not to get!! The other 14 I have.
Out of the 14 I have....12 of them are excellent Saxon albums!!! The two albums that are ok with half songs are cool and the other half are throw away tracks are
1990 "Solid Ball Of Rock" and 1992 "Forever Free".....5 songs good 5 songs lame..........I compare them to "Ram It Down"....to me I like half of it.....

Whilst on my wee holiday over the last few days, I was lucky enough to find and buy my first Saxon CD, Strong Arm of The Law. I have not been able to find any of their CDs till now, so had to settle for checking them out on youtube. YAY for having at least one CD to start my Saxon collection LOL! |
